Multimedia and cross-platform storytelling is essential in today's advertising environment. We do this all the time with companies who simply don't have the manpower, time or inclination to do it on their own. Some work samples can be found here: thejmetzgergroup.com

Here's an example of event coverage. We use a voice over this time to give it a news-like presentation. These days, it is more and more likely that you'll be left on your own to promote your event with your public. The local media either has no resources to devote to you, or no interest in your programming. But that doesn't mean you cannot tell your story on your own. With Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, etc., there's no reason you can't do this. We can help with that.
Here's an example of a video designed to capture the excitement of an event. It's a highlights video, using the best photos of the day, along with some video and sound. The client, a nonprofit, used this for their social media channels and website. It's also collateral material that can be shared with key constituencies such as board members or in community presentations.
Multimedia storytelling means simply giving your readers, your followers, your clients a deep well of content. Do you have an event to cover? A person to profile? A concept to debate? A content surge can fuel social media engagement, land you more leads and ultimately position you as an expert in content generation. At a time when there are fewer resources at your local media outlets, you can take control of your own story. The video and audio in this piece was taken with my iPhone. I edited with Premiere. This is a perfect technique to create content for social media channels like Facebook.
